Incoming students:

Kindergarten and all transfer students must have up-to-date immunizations prior to starting school.

If your child has any health issues please contact the school nurse at the above extension.

Medication Administration at School:

Medication and the necessary paperwork from the physician must be submitted to the Nurse's office at the beginning of every school year.
