Incoming students:
Kindergarten and all transfer students must have up to date immunizations prior to starting school.
If your child has any health issues please contact the school nurse at the above extension.
Medication Administration at School:
Medication and the necessary paperwork from the physician must be submitted to the Nurse's office at the beginning of every school year. Forms are located on the right.
